Tooth whitening is a bleaching process that lightens your enamel.The system that we recommend uses a mild solution retained in a custom-fitted appliance that is worn over your teeth for 6-8 hours a day, this can be done whilst you sleep or during the day. The custom-fitted tray is made of clear plastic that is not noticeable.
